Manchester Communities is honoured to invite Ms. Vicky He to lead pain relief stretching and yoga, offering a welcoming and supportive environment for our members to enhance their flexibility and reduce discomfort.
Class content:
Focus on alleviating common pain issues like frozen shoulder, low back pain, knee pain, shoulder and neck pain. The instructor will guide you through targeted stretching exercises designed to effectively relieve pain, enhance joint flexibility, and improve poor posture. All levels welcome.

課堂內容:
主要針對普遍痛症問題,例如五十肩、腰背痛、膝痛、肩頸痛等,如果忽略這些痛症更會發展成慢性疾病,導師會教授相應的伸展運動,有效地舒緩痛楚,增加關節的靈活幅度,有助改善不良姿勢,適合任何人士。
