Manchester Communities CIC is honored to invite Ms. Shuk Pang to teach pain relief stretching exercises for us on a voluntary basis.

課堂內容:主要針對普遍痛症問題,例如五十肩、腰背痛、膝痛、肩頸痛等,如果忽略這些痛症更會發展成慢性疾病,導師會教授相應的伸展運動,有效地舒緩痛楚,增加關節的靈活幅度,有助改善不良姿勢,適合任何人士。

Class content: Mainly aimed at common pain problems, such as frozen shoulder, low back pain, knee pain, shoulder and neck pain, etc. If these pains are ignored, they will develop into chronic diseases. The instructor will teach corresponding stretching exercises to effectively relieve pain. Increases the flexibility of joints and helps improve poor posture, suitable for everyone.
