Mooncake Making 

In this workshop, you will learn how to make traditional mini lotus mooncakes with salted egg yolks from scratch. From cooking the egg yolks to mixing the dough and pushing it out from the mould, your tutor will be by your side, guiding you along every step of the way. On completion, you will take home four delicious mini mooncakes.
